1. What is the concentration of fragrant essences for Chez Pierre perfumes?

We recommend 1:4 because it performed better, due to its composition and quality/price ratio!

2. How long do your perfumes last?

Perfumes can last 4-8 hours, some even more, depending on factors such as perfume notes, individual skin characteristics, season compatibility, proper usage, and storage.

3. Do the products have an expiration date?

Perfumes have a shelf life of 3 years from the moment of production. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging.

4. Are perfumes safe?

All our perfumes have a health certificate, passed sanitary control, are handmade, vegan, and not tested on animals. They are safe if handled properly.

5. How to store the products?

Products should be stored at room temperature (up to 25 degrees), in a dry place, away from sunlight, moisture, and heat. Avoid shaking or mixing the perfume to prevent air bubbles from altering the scent.

6. Where should I spray perfume?

Perfumes are best sprayed on pulse points, holding the bottle 10 to 15 centimeters away. Avoid spraying on clothes and be cautious not to overspray.

7. What are the payment methods?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or in Bitcoin.

8. What are the shipping methods?

We ship by regular Post Serbia delivery service.

9. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the package, ranging from 8.5 EUR to 18 EUR. Free shipping for orders of 120 EUR or more.

10. Where is it possible to ship?

We ship worldwide, and you can choose your country during checkout on our website.

11. How do I know where my shipment is?

After ordering from chez-pierre.com, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your package on any tracking website.

12. Where does my shipment come from?

Your shipment comes from Niš, where our production and retail facilities are located.

13. How long does it take for the shipment to reach my address?

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is visible on the checkout page. Average shipping time is 15-20 days since the package leaves Serbia.

14. What if I haven't received my shipment?

15. Can I cancel or modify my shipment?

Cancellation or changes are possible within 12 hours of ordering or before the package is sent. Contact us via help@chezpierre.rs for cancellations or changes.

We strive for natural ingredients, using preservatives only where necessary for product durability and quality. Ingredients approved by the EU are used.
