Introduction

These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, Chez Pierre accessible at https://chez-pierre.com/. These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website’s Standard Terms and Conditions. Minors or people below 18 are not allowed to use this Website.

Prices

The prices in euros are based on an average daily exchange rate. When your order is processed the total charged may vary depending on the rate of exchange at that time. Special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. Promotional codes can only be used on our website and only while they are active. It is not possible to order with a discount if we started the conversation during the validity of the code, and the code is no longer valid at that time.

Delivery Address

Chez Pierre is delivering orders to the address you put while ordering, on the checkout. In a case where a customer wants a package to be delivered to a different address than the one put on the checkout or PayPal address, we won’t be responsible for that.

Returned Packages

If the package has been sent back to us because of some reason (excluding cases in which there was a delivery attempt or if you did not pick it up in a post office), we will reship the package free of charge.

If the Package is at Your Local Post Office

If the post tried to deliver the package and the package has been returned to the post office, the customer needs to contact his post on his own to see how can he get the package, we can’t contact Post as a sender. If the post tried to deliver the package(or it was in your local post office) and it has been returned to us, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee again so we can reship the package. If a customer declines to pay the following surcharges, a refund will be processed without a shipping fee and returning fee (20% of the total product value.

Reship and Refund

A package is considered lost if 30 days have passed since it left Serbia. The exception is if the tracking number gets updated in the recipient's country; in that case, an additional 2 weeks are waited. If the package does not arrive within 2 weeks after the last tracking update in the recipient’s country, it can be declared lost.

Change or Cancellation of Order

Changing the order is possible 12 hours after making an order and only by email. If you do not reply to the returning email for more than 24 hours and new instructions for changing the order are still not clear, the original order will be shipped without any changes. Canceling the order is possible if the order hasn’t been processed and only through email. These requirements are needed to be sent by email so we can see them on time. In case of a reship, changing your perfumes/order would only be possible if some perfume is out of stock.

Cancellation of Purchase

Unfortunately, if everything is fine with the perfume and there is no physical damage, the perfume cannot be returned. Every customer who did not pick up the package can have a refund without a shipping fee and return fee (20% of the total products’ value).

Complaints

All complaints and problems will be acknowledged as soon as possible. Do not worry, we will be fast. It is only possible to complain if goods received were physically damaged - incorrect, faulty upon receipt. Photographic evidence is required to support a claim. In case of complaints, a full refund (product price and shipping price) will be sent to you after we receive the products back and confirm that they have not been used. If the perfume leaks, Chez Pierre has the right to assess whether the customer will receive a replacement perfume or a coupon code that he can use for purchases on our website. In case of a complaint, you must email us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Returned items should be sent by recorded delivery, Chez Pierre will not cover return postage costs for a special delivery or any courier service. If you do not like the smell of the perfume, that cannot be taken as a complaint. We recommend buying the Sample Box to try out perfumes for the first time. If we send a replacement perfume/package in agreement with you, we cannot refund your money. Claims for the Sample Box (10x5ml) will only be considered if it is determined that there was physical damage during delivery. Compensation, if approved, will be determined based on an assessment of the degree of damage to the product. As compensation, the customer will be offered the option of using a promotional code in the value of the damage or reshipping the damaged product.

Import fees

We are not liable for any surcharges that may be applied in your country for importing goods nor are we able to advise you of the laws in your country. International shipments must clear customs in their destination countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that their package may incur. If a customer declines to pay the following surcharges, a refund will be processed without a shipping fee and return fee (20% of the total product value).

Photos and Illustrations

All photos are used as illustrations and there may be changes in bottle style (not size) if the one from the photo is not available.

Other Brands

The oils that we sell have no connection with any designer label or brand. The names for "Inspired by" are used only for reference to the fragrance.

Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from all of the following: Publishing any material from the website in any other media. Selling, sublicensing, or advertising any material from the website. Publicly performing and/or showing any Website material. Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website. Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website. Using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or any person or business entity. Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity concerning this Website. Using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing. Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Chez Pierre and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
